The Story Of My Journey.
5 years ago, I was involved in a car accident with no noticeable injuries at the time. However, one morning in 2018 I woke up and found that I couldn’t move my hands. A medical specialist did a scan of my neck and discovered serious damage to two cervical vertebrae. He offered me two options: a course of physiotherapy to try to alleviate the problem or surgery. That was the moment that I started on my journey to recovery.
In May 2018, I began a healthy eating and regular exercise regime. Over the course of a few months, I noticed my condition gradually improving.
In October 2018, I competed in my first “Men’s Physique” competition where I won 2nd place and subsequently, in 2019, 3rd place.
My experience has taught me the value of exercise and proper nutrition, which led me to launch the “Hi Pro Food” and “Powermax Vitamin Shop” companies in Ireland to produce and supply healthy food products to the local market.
This is my journey. I hope that you will join me.
